会议不收取会务费，报名参会人员往返交通费和食宿自理，9日当天午餐统一安排。

Dear researchers and scholars, relevant authorities:

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that building a strong educational country and nurturing innovative talents are important supports for achieving high-level self-reliance in science and technology and are the strategic guide for comprehensively building a socialist modern and powerful nation. The conference plans to invite renowned scholars in the international and domestic education fields to deliver keynote speeches on the conference theme. We kindly request relevant experts, scholars, and doctoral candidates to actively write academic papers on the theme and subtopics of this forum, with a minimum length of 8,000 words. The organizing committee will select and recommend for publication in " Chinese Education Governance Research" and arrange for presentations during the conference.
